I can work in a variety of media and styles and will endeavour to achieve the painting my customers want.  Prices vary on media, size and subject matter.

Oils (fast drying) and Acrylics on Canvas (chunky or standard depth). The chunky style has the appeal to hang the painting without framing as the sides are painted.

Please note that these prices are a guideline, prices are based on one figure only with a basic colour background.
For detailed backgrounds and multiple subjects prices will be costed on sight of reference material.

ORDERING

All work is produced from photographs either sent by email or post (posted items will be returned on completion of work). Photographs which illustrate good clarity of the eyes and coat colouring are a real bonus if you have these. However I understand that this is not always the case.

Before ordering choose a clear suitable photograph or a selection of photographs of the subject you would like me to use.

Think about what size and medium you would like it painted in and whether you want a neutral or detailed background.

Upon receipt of the images I will contact you to discuss their suitability and your requirements for the portrait.

 

TIMESCALES

 I do have family commitments with my three children who are 9, 6 and 4 years old, so as you can imagine at times my hands are full.

I prefer NOT to work under too much pressure so therefore would recommend allowing plenty of time for a Commission.

The watercolour & pen style  can be achieved usually within a 2 week timescale, the paintings on canvas  take a lot longer especially the Oils.

 

PAYMENT

 

If you are happy for me to commence with a Commission,  then I will send an Invoice for the FULL PAYMENT. When the painting is completed an email will be sent for your approval. If you are happy with the painting it will be sent out by Special Delivery Post.

Should you not be satisfied with the painting, then a FULL REFUND  will be given.
